Policy
We ship via Common Carriers, FedEx,
US POSTAL SERVICE or UPS.
Perishables (blood
sausages, chorizos parrilleros, jamones, quesos,
cheeses, sausages)
Please inquire for special rates and
shipping charges on Perishables and International
Orders. Customer Service available seven days a
week 8.00AM to 11.00PM CST.

Return
Policy
1) It is a 'sine qua
non" condition and requirement to return
to our expense any defective or
unsatisfactory product you may not be happy with,
to get the proper credit. We will replace it
free of charge with another one of the same brand or
similar upon receiving the return product
for one of the same price with your
approval or refund your money without delay-
and no questions asked !
2) Authorization: Must
be obtained from GauchoGourmet for the
return of goods. All returns must be made within
30 days of receipt of goods . Credit is not
allowed on worn and misused products.
3) Credits: No credits will
be given or allowed on an return merchandise
except within the time established above.
4) Damaged merchandise: Is
covered by insurance of the carrier. All cartons
are securely packed for shipment and GauchoGourmet
is nor responsible for damage or loss
occurring during shipment. Please inspect
your package immediately upon arrival and notify
the carrier to file a claim. We will be
happy to assist you with your claim. You must
keep at all times the damaged merchandise for the
length of time required by the carrier or until
asked to return to us at our expense.
5) Perishables: Require
special packing in foam containers with ice packs
or dry ice and a minimum 3 days select delivery
time- Extra charges for shipping and handling
will apply -- please check with Customer Service-1-877-837-0521.
6) Orders: Canceled
or refused after shipped date will be
subject to freight and 40% restocking charges.
